Use this private form if you are the model shown in a profile and want it removed from this site.

Default handling is privacy-first and immediate: a complete recorded-declaration request excludes the profile and blocks future imports. The administrator can review the recording and restore an abusive request.

The video is stored outside the public website. No face recognition, biometric analysis or automated speech recognition is used.
